Welcome to Jervis Bay School of Music!

Our students love learning singing, piano, guitar, drums, and more at Jervis Bay School of Music, and we’re sure you will too! Book your first lesson with us and leave feeling inspired and ready to continue making music at home, playing the songs you love with family and friends.

Lessons at our school run in four terms per year, with a total of 40 lessons annually.

We take short breaks between terms to ensure students and teachers return refreshed and ready to continue their musical journey.

Term Dates 2026

Term 1 - Tuesday 27 January to Thursday 2 April
Term 2 - Monday 20 April to Friday 3 July
Term 3 - Monday 20 July to Friday 25 September
Term 4 - Monday 12 October to Thursday 17 December

FREE TRIAL LESSON!


New students are welcome to a free trial lesson with each teacher. This is to see the studio, meet the teacher and decide if they’re the right fit for you and your musical journey!

If you’re happy with your teacher, we’ll hold your booked time and day for the rest of the term.

After your first lesson we will be in touch to see if you’d like to continue your music lessons with us.

Lesson Fees and Details


Lessons are billed in easy monthly installments over 11 months, spread across the year to cover 40 lessons annually. January is not included in billing, as lessons rarely run during this period.

There’s no lock-in contract - just give us one month’s notice if you need to stop.

30-Minute Lessons

  • $45 per lesson

  • $164 per month (11 monthly payments)

45-Minute Lessons

  • $67.50 per lesson

  • $245 per month (11 monthly payments)

60-Minute Lessons

  • $90 per lesson

  • $327 per month (11 monthly payments)

If you join mid-term, fees are adjusted to reflect the number of lessons remaining that month - so you only pay for what you receive.

Payment Options


We make paying for lessons easy with flexible options:

Monthly Installments: Payments are automatically billed on the 1st day of each month using your credit or debit card via our secure payment portal. Simply enter your card details, and you're all set!

Pay in Full: If you prefer, you can pay for the entire term or year upfront and save the hassle of monthly payments. Please contact us for details.

Fortnightly Installments: If monthly payments are not suitable, we can arrange fortnightly installments to make payments more manageable. Just let us know, and we’ll set it up for you.
